My favourite! Everything about this bedspread is perfect - the right thickness, the right weight, the comforting softness of the velvet, the design, the gorgeous combination of colours - it is not yellow, but more like antique gold or a shade of amber and the pink is like blood orange with a hint of ash. High quality, perfect size, I just love it!

I had hesitated buying this bedspread as I wasn’t sure it would be as luxurious as my other 2 a few years ago , which were velvet with a more flowery reverse side . In brighter colours I needn’t have worried .. a lovely rich saffron yellow and the soft pink cotton is nicer than it looks .. the frilly edge is rather nice. It is a little bit thinner than previous versions but not really noticeable . I would like to see brighter colours return with more cottage reverse sides though .
