The product itself is lovely, but clearly way too fragile for shipping. Two items arrived broken at the exact same place (the cherry stem connection).

Unfortunately this item was damaged when I received it. Was packaged well and had fragile written on box so think it was the handling of the couriers. Did not see an option to replace so will be visiting the store to purchase it
