Great mirror, looks exactly like the website. Looks of high quality, quite heavy. The mirror arrived in very secured packaging. Only negative things I would say is that is not coming with the wall attachments, which in this price you would expect to be included. Apart from that is a great piece.

First item arrived broken. May have been due to courier. Oliver Bonas arranged a replacement which arrived within 48hrs. Fast and easy. Item was wrapped and delivered in very hardcore packaging however maybe bubble wrap needs to encompass item in wooden casing.

The mirror is beautiful but it's extremely heavy so I'd ensure you have a solid wall to hang it on (or locate the wooden beams in your plaster wall). It has a lovely glass frame but unfortunately as I am overseas, it wasn't able to survive the journey by post - both times (I was sent a replacement after the first one arrived damaged) the mirror was badly chipped/damage in the corner of the glass frame when I opened the box. I've advised the company that the packaging is not sufficient to protect the fragile frame and the mirror should really be bubble wrapped to protect it when shipping overseas. It is a lovely mirror though.

This is a beautiful mirror. It arrived on time but is unfortunately damaged. I have contacted Oliver Bonas but have still not had a reply.
