Did not look like the picture on website. Looked cheap, garish and plastic like fabric in reality. Overpriced, and not nice quality. Returned it to store perfectly packaged with receipt in time. They would not return it as I had paid via paypal. I have never had a problem with paypal before online shopping and returning at any store including yours. It is written in the small text terms on the website. Unclear to the average customer. I should have got a warning at the checkout re this. Was not offered exchange or shop voucher. Standing in your shop returning, told I have to post it back to you instead. Very unhappy with service. Will not be shopping with you again.
