Striking vase, and heavy - good quality

Did not look like the picture on the box. Returned it to store perfectly packaged with receipt in time. They would not return it as I had paid via paypal. I have never had a problem with paypal before online shopping and returning at any store including yours. It is written in the small text terms on the website. Unclear to the average customer. I should have got a warning at the checkout re this. Was not offered exchange or shop voucher. Standing in your shop returning, told I have to post it back to you instead. Very unhappy with service. Will not be shopping with you again.
