These are lovely wine glasses that look more expensive than they are! My wife was very happy with them as a Christmas present, and we've used them a couple of times already. One of the glasses was broken on arrival - it must have happened in transit, so not OB's fault - but I let them know about it and they sent a replacement. The originals were very well packaged, so the box must have been seriously abused in transit! A very good experience overall - customer services were very easy to deal with, which is rare these days.
