I love this diffuser. It's great value for money too compared with others on the market. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it mists a large volume of water compared to one I have had in the past so it needs topping up more regularaly and in a solid wall house I don't use it all the time as I am concious of it's contribution to moisture levels and damp.

I absolutely love this diffuser, its so relaxing and love the different lights on this and how subtle these colours are. I read alot about electric diffusers before this and many people said the quality of the diffuser does not make a difference however in my opinion it absolutely does! I got a cheaper diffuser to compare and it doesn’t even compare to this one I got from oliver bonas, I loved it so much that I got two. Now my daughter also wants one. Can’t recommend this enough, also I must say the oils from here also seem fantastic, I got the pomegranate one and it easily permeates throughout the home leaving a lasting fragrance when used with this diffuser.

I had already bought the sage green one and then I got this one for my classroom and it’s great. Love them both and I love that they’re ceramic as I didn’t like the look of ones that looked too plastic-y. Very high quality and has a really lovely sound (in my opinion) that’s like a soft white noise with what sounds like little droplets.

Electric Diffuser FAQs

Any essential oil or fragrance oil can be used in our electric diffusers. Do not use heavy oils, reed diffuser oils and perfumes as these may damage your diffuser. Our fragrance oils are designed with specially blended scents to create an at-home aromatherapy experience.

Place the diffuser on a flat surface and remove the ceramic cover and plastic cap. Turn the base upside down and insert the DC adapter into the diffuser. Carefully fill the diffuser with 90-100ml of water, being careful not to exceed the maximum fill line. Add 2-3 drops of fragrance oil before replacing the plastic cap and ceramic cover, making sure they are aligned. Connect the adaptor to the mains to enjoy your chosen scent. You will receive instructions with your diffuser, and you can find the use and care information here.

We recommend adding 2-3 drops of fragrance oil to your diffuser water.

Our aroma diffuser comes with a plug and must be plugged in to work. If you’re after a cordless and non-electric option, choose one of our reed diffusers.

It’s important to clean your diffuser regularly so the fragrances you use smell exactly as intended without being altered by previous oils you’ve used. Unplug your diffuser and empty any water. Clean the water tank with a soft, dry cloth to remove any impurities. We recommend emptying and cleaning your diffuser every third day of use.

Yes, our diffusers are safe to use around pets. It is important to note that fragrances, both essential and synthetic, can be irritable. Pets can be more sensitive to fragrances than humans, but like humans, some may not be affected at all. Check the ingredients on the product page for an indication of the chemicals that could cause harm. Never apply fragrance oils directly to your pet and keep them out of reach. Avoid spills and clean up immediately so that your pet does not sniff or lick the oils directly.
