The rug is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. However, they don't get across how much chunkier the edge of the rug is all the way round, so it cannot fit under any doorways.

Adorable cute rug! I love it but I'm not 100% happy because the edge that was innermost when rolled was folded before rolling so the scalloped edge was still curled a week later (though heavy books on top sorted it out) and the fold is sadly still showing. I think rolling it around a tube would have helped. (Also, and this isn't a fault of the rug of course, but my dogs have pulled a couple of loops with their claws so I don't recommend this rug if you have dogs.)

The rug itself looks beautiful unfortunately gently vacuuming the rug once (taking care not to run the hoover over gently) led to wool/ yarn coming loose in a few places. Disappointed as the rug otherwise is perfect. This hasn’t ever happened before with any other rugs I’ve had in my home over the years.

Bought this for my dining room. Didn't want anything too patterned as it would be obscured by the table and chairs, or anything too shaggy. This rug is perfect, I love the colours and the scalloped edge perfectly frames my table and chairs. The fabric is also surprisingly thick. All in all very happy.

Absolutely love this rug! We were delivered it promptly and the packaging was minimal. The rug unrolled and it took a day to flatten (specifically the scallop edges). I thought they would annoy me by lifting as I was across it but it doesn’t. We didn’t even need a layer underneath the rug it stays laying flat. The colours are great and it’s hard wearing so would last a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

It looks gorgeous in the photos. For me it was the perfect design and colour. I was disappointed when it arrived though - I would guess that the pink scalloped edge is the wool element, and the yellow centre is the cotton element, which means that the yellow part just won't tolerate any walking over it without wrinkling up. It needs more weight throughout to help it lie flat and tolerate walking. It also smelt horrible, although I guess this would have dissipated with time. Might be OK in a place without much traffic, but unfortunately it just looks cheap and untidy - which for the price point is unacceptable. I'm afraid I had to return it, which involved me having to carry it through a town centre because I couldn't get the rug back in the original packaging to send by post!

When vacuuming, use a low setting without rotating brush. To keep the colour looking fresh, keep out of direct sunlight.

Cotton is a soft, natural fibre with a lighter look and feel. Cotton rugs are easy to clean, making them a good choice for kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms.

Most of our rugs are handwoven. The weaving process can be very time consuming, requiring a huge amount of skill and focus. To start, the loom is threaded up with the horizontal thread (weft) and the vertical thread (warp). This allows opposite threads to be moved up and down at different times, so weft threads can be trapped inside. Simple stripes can be created by pulling a weft thread in and out of this warp, whereas more complex designs require pulling the weft threads only through certain sections of the warp.
