Box is nice. One thing worth noting is that whatever you're buying to go in the gift box doesn't get put in the gift box when the order is picked. This means your gift and gift box are separate in your package... I had a minor panic when I opened my package and found the gift box empty... The gift was elsewhere in the package!

Lovely gift wrap however the medium box was advertised with a pair of earrings so I assumed it was the correct size and purchased it. The box was too big and I should have ordered the small. Ladies in the Guildford store were very helpful and sorted out a swap for me but it was inconvenient.
