Delivery was excellent, fast with good communication. The swatch was free, which I also thought was excellent. I was very happy to see the swatch, I wouldn't have wanted to spend £395 on a chair in lockdown that I didn't really know the colour of. The swatch showed me what a beautiful colour the chair would be.
