A beautiful and well made piece of furniture. It’s able to take someone sitting on it which was key for me as it is in the bay window of our sitting room. The finish is great and will hopefully last a long time.

Beautiful item, looks high quality and well made. I had a slight issue with the product in that it was overhanging on the hinge. The customer service team were really quick to resolve this, giving me multiple options to choose from. Couldn’t fault any aspect of the product and the ordering or delivery service.

Love this product! Very good quality and the design was very well thought out. There is a black cloth surrounding the interior of the rattan to ensure privacy of the items being stored in the ottoman. The velvet fabric is smooth and not like other cheaper companies where they are spotty and patchy. 10/10!

The product itself is good. The packaging was totally awful. Lots of polystyrene and plastic which will end up in landfill. It is 2023, there are so many more sustainable packaging options available. For a premium product I’d expect sustainable packaging and I’d expect a company like Oliver Bonas to much more leading on this.

Ottoman is beautiful but the price was expensive and more than what I usually pay for M&S or Laura Ashley (LA), however the size was important to me and this was the only ottoman that was gorgeous and fitted the space at the bottom of my bed. Others were too long and would have taken up too much space. For the price I paid I was surprised at the delivery charge. £35 is a lot. I took a recent delivery of a massive LA unit and delivery was £20.

Most of our furniture will be delivered fully or partially assembled to keep things nice and simple. If any assembly is required, this will be detailed on the product page alongside specific assembly and care information.

All our furniture has the weight, dimensions and boxed dimensions on the product page. When measuring your space, use the boxed dimensions to determine whether it will fit through the doors during delivery. Your order will be taken to your room of your choice, as far as the second floor. Heavier furniture will only be delivered to the ground floor, so please check the product page before purchasing.
